I am a Swiss-Ski member, how do I get the member discount?
  1. Select the person symbol in the navigation and click on 'Registration'.
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Activate the option 'Check if you are already an official member.'
  4. Enter your new member ID.
  5. This has been active since October 2022 and was sent to you with the member flyer and letter from Swiss-Ski. If you do not have this information, please check the next question in our FAQs.
  6. Use the e-mail address you provided in the contact details for your Swiss-Ski membership (if you use a different address, we will not be able to run the membership check). If you do not know the registered e-mail address, check the next questions in our FAQs.
  7. Choose a secure password.
  8. You will now receive an activation e-mail in your e-mail address inbox (also check the spam folder). Click on 'Confirm' in the e-mail.

You can now log in with your e-mail address and chosen password and you will always see the product prices with the Swiss-Ski member discount. 

What is my Swiss-Ski member ID?

The Swiss-Ski member ID was changed in October 2022 and sent to you by post.

If you do not know your member ID, you have two ways to find it out.


Member portal

If you know your e-mail address registered with the membership, you can log in to the new member portal. Your member ID will be shown there.

Select the corresponding option in the login screen.

  • 'Login' if you have already completed 'First-time login'.
  • 'First-time login' if you need to activate the member portal.

Swiss-Ski member service

Individual members can request the ID via mitglied[at]swiss-ski.ch. To do so, please provide your full contact details including postal address, e-mail address (if known) and year of birth.

Which e-mail address is registered with my member ID?

If you do not know the e-mail address registered with your member ID, please contact the Swiss-Ski member service by e-mail. Please send us your full contact details including postal address and year of birth.

If you have not yet registered an e-mail address, please contact your club or contact the Swiss-Ski member service so that we can register your e-mail address.

Where can I change my contact details?

If you are registered in the Swiss-Ski Store as a Swiss-Ski member, your address will be adopted from the member portal. Please correct any wrong addresses yourself in the member portal. This correction will be active in the Swiss-Ski Store within 24 hours.

You can make address changes at short notice in the 'My Account' section (the addresses of Swiss-Ski members are updated from the member portal every 24 hours).

A specific delivery address can also be added in the 'My Account' section, if necessary.

Where can I see my orders?

Open and completed orders are listed in the customer portal for customers with Swiss-Ski Store login credentials.

Can I track the status of my order?

The order status is shown in the customer portal for customers with Swiss-Ski Store login credentials.

BECOME A MEMBER

As a new member, do I immediately benefit from the member discount?

After completing your Swiss-Ski membership registration, we will check your details and receipt of payment. After about two working days, you can log in to the Swiss-Ski Store with your new member ID and e-mail address and benefit from the attractive member discounts.

How can I pay in the Swiss-Ski Store?

The usual electronic payment options are available in the Swiss-Ski Store: VISA, Mastercard and TWINT.

What conditions apply to returns in the Swiss-Ski Store?

The return conditions are stated under point 7 in the general terms and conditions.
